The evening will be hosted by Michael Reidy\, our Vinifera Winemaker. He will lead you through each course and share details about the wines and their food pairings. The menu was created and will be prepared by Randy Savoie\, our in-house chef. \nDue to limited kitchen space and kitchen staffing\, the menu for the evening is fixed.
