DESCRIPTION:Enjoy an evening of great wines and great times at our Winemaker’s Dinner\, Thursday\, February 9\, 2023 at Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards\, Hector\, NY. \n6:30PM RECEPTION | 7:00PM DINNER \nHazlitt 1852 Vineyards • 5712 State Route 414\, Hector\, NY 14841 \n$120 per guest  (gratuity included. Plus sales tax + fees) \nLimited Seating Available \nEnjoy an incredible four-course meal paired with some  of our favorite estate wines (dry whites\, dry reds\, and dessert). The evening will be hosted by Michael Reidy\, our Vinifera Winemaker. He will lead you through each course and share details about the wines and their food pairings. The menu was created and will be prepared by Randy Savoie\, our in-house chef. The wines will be announced closer to the event. \nDue to limited kitchen space and kitchen staffing\, the menu for the evening is fixed. We will be unable to make substitutions.
