DESCRIPTION:6:30PM ARRIVAL | 7:00PM DINNER \n► TICKETS \nEnjoy an incredible four-course meal paired with some of our favorite Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards estate wines (dry whites\, dry reds\, and dessert). The evening will be hosted by Michael Reidy\, our Vinifera Winemaker. He will lead you through each course and share details about the wines and their food pairings. Randy Savoie\, our in-house chef\, created and will prepare the menu. The wines will be announced closer to the event. \nWINEMAKER’S DINNER MENU\nFIRST COURSE\nArancini Pop– Risotto ball filled with prosciutto and Asiago cheese\, panko breaded and deep fried on a rosemary skewer with a plum tomato and basil purée \nSECOND COURSE\nPetite Bouillabaisse – Classic French fish soup with haddock\, clams\, mussels and lump crab in a zesty fennel saffron broth and grilled French baguette. \nTHIRD COURSE\nBraised lamb shank with roasted garlic potato puree\, charred asparagus\, mango chutney and mint jus. \nFOURTH COURSE\nLemon ricotta cheesecake with berry coulis \nDue to limited kitchen space and kitchen staffing\, the menu for the evening is fixed.
