Grab your yoga mats and spend an hour with some adorable four-legged friends at Goat Yoga amongst the vines at Hazlitt Red Cat Cellars!

Hosted by Kaizen Ridge Farms, each session is lead by a certified yoga instructor guiding you through a relaxing class amongst some very cute, friendly goats.

Tickets: $35/adult and $25/child under 15

Space is limited and the sessions fill up quickly, so be sure to grab your ticket early!

Goat Yoga will also be held in the Oasis lawn at Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards in Hector, NY on June 14, August 2 and August 30. Enjoy yoga with the adorable goats and stay after and hang at the Oasis for wine, a food truck, and live music 2-5 PM.
