Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards Winemaker’s Dinner

Enjoy an incredible four-course meal paired with some of our favorite Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards estate wines (dry whites, dry reds, and dessert). The evening will be hosted by Michael Reidy, our Vinifera Winemaker. He will lead you through each course and share details about the wines and their food pairings. Randy Savoie, our in-house chef, created and will prepare the menu. The wines will be announced closer to the event.
WINEMAKER’S DINNER MENU
Arancini Pop– Risotto ball filled with prosciutto and Asiago cheese, panko breaded and deep fried on a rosemary skewer with a plum tomato and basil purée
Petite Bouillabaisse – Classic French fish soup with haddock, clams, mussels and lump crab in a zesty fennel saffron broth and grilled French baguette.
Braised lamb shank with roasted garlic potato puree, charred asparagus, mango chutney and mint jus.
Lemon ricotta cheesecake with berry coulis
