Enjoy an incredible four-course meal paired with some of our favorite estate wines (dry whites, dry reds, and dessert). The evening will be hosted by Michael Reidy, our Vinifera Winemaker. He will lead you through each course and share details about the wines and their food pairings. The menu was created and will be prepared by Randy Savoie, our in-house chef. The wines will be announced closer to the event.
Due to limited kitchen space and kitchen staffing, the menu for the evening is fixed. We will be unable to make substitutions. Those with dietary restrictions and food allergies please review the menu before purchasing a ticket.

WINEMAKER’S DINNER MENU
FIRST COURSE – Lobster corn dogs with lemon saffron aioli and organic microgreens
SECOND COURSE – Coconut curried butternut squash soup with grilled Naan, roasted peanuts, and cilantro
THIRD COURSE – Pan seared duck breast, red flannel hash (potato and beet dish), and dried sour cherries
FOURTH COURSE – Crème Brûlée
